By accessing or using Wellness+ by Planos Nutrition ("the Service"), operated by Planos Nutrition, Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Wellness+ is a health and nutrition platform that provides meal planning, macro tracking, workout programming, recipes, supplement guidance, and optional coaching services. The Service is available via web browser and mobile application.

3. Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Certain features require a paid subscription.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

The Service is for informational and educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any nutrition or exercise program. Planos Nutrition, Inc. is not liable for any health outcomes resulting from use of the Service.

If you have a medical condition, food allergy, eating disorder, or are pregnant or nursing, consult your physician before using the Service. In case of a medical emergency, call your local emergency services immediately.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account with others or allow unauthorized access
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including meal plans, recipes, workout programs, text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by Planos Nutrition, Inc. and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit (e.g., profile information, tracking data, feedback). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use it for operating and improving the Service. We will not share your personal tracking data publicly.

9. AI-Generated Content

The Service may use artificial intelligence to generate meal plans, recipes, and recommendations. AI-generated content is provided as suggestions and should be reviewed for accuracy, especially regarding food allergies and dietary restrictions. We are not liable for errors in AI-generated content.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Planos Nutrition, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
